In September 2005, I was tasked to form a software development division for ParetoLogic from ground zero. It was a challenging task given the job market and the geographical location where ParetoLogic was facing. Luckily, I was introduced to Maureen Ness who worked with me for the next 4 months to fully staff a first-class 30-people development team.
